1. Your Right to Data Deletion

Under applicable privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other state, federal, and international data protection regulations — you may have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected and retained.

This right applies to all personal information we process, including but not limited to:

• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address
• Account data — login credentials, profile information, communication preferences
• Transaction records — purchase history, payment information (excluding data required for legal/tax compliance)
• Platform interaction data — usage logs, browsing activity, form submissions
• Third-party platform data — information received from Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services when you interact with our ads, pages, or apps
• Marketing data — email engagement history, ad interaction data, audience segment membership
• Communication records — SMS/MMS messages, email correspondence, chat transcripts

3. What Happens After Your Request

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will follow this process:

1. Identity Verification — We will verify your identity to ensure the request is being made by the individual whose data is being requested for deletion, or by an authorized agent. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
2. Acknowledgment — We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days via the contact method you used to submit the request.
3. Processing — We will process and complete your deletion request within 45 calendar days of receiving a verifiable request. If additional time is needed (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
4. Confirmation — Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a written confirmation specifying the categories of data that were deleted and any data that was retained under legal exemption.

4. Data We May Be Required to Retain

Certain personal information may be exempt from deletion under applicable law. We may retain information necessary to:

• Complete a transaction or provide goods/services you requested
• Detect and resolve security incidents, fraud, or illegal activity
• Comply with legal, tax, audit, or regulatory obligations
• Exercise or defend legal claims
• Perform under an existing contract with you

5. Third-Party Data & Connected Platforms

Warrior Week integrates with various third-party platforms to provide its services. When you request data deletion from Warrior Week, we will delete data within our systems. However, data stored directly by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, payment processors) is governed by those platforms' privacy policies and must be deleted through their respective processes.

6. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a deletion request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require:

• A signed, written authorization from you permitting the agent to act on your behalf
• Verification of the agent's identity
• Direct confirmation from you that you authorized the agent's request

If the authorized agent holds a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000–4465, these additional verification steps may not be required.

7. Non-Discrimination

Warrior Week will not discriminate against you for exercising your data deletion rights. You will not receive different pricing, service quality, or access to Warrior Week programs as a result of submitting a deletion request, except where the deletion of data is reasonably necessary for the provision of those services.
